Only once

Hej,
I am new to Freefilesync. I synced the first pair of folders including many maps and files.
I tried to set up a new pair of folders, even though these folders included some folders and some files. Nothing is shown up on the left, which is kind of a source. On the right-hand side, some folders are there.

It seems to me that the software manages only one pair of folders. Of course I am sure it is not the case.

Please anybody is familiar with this problem? Anybody can explain what is going on and help me use the software in a proper way?

What type of compare & sync are you using?

I try to sync. There are large Exel files.
