After a comparison e.g. without comparing contents (or with), is it possible
to compare marked or special files again (by content) and not the whole files?

No, basically it's all or nothing, but you are free to include additional
"external applications" (see the equally named chapter in the help file). So
you could integrate a visual difference viewer into the context menu and
launch it for individual file pairs.

I of course would very much like to write such extensions, but I am absolutely
unable to...I am satisfied, if I am able to use program like FFS...

Strange, no notification e-mails for all my last thread, though activated to
watch them.

You needn't write extensions yourself but instead integrate any other program.
