Update under Ubuntu from previous 13.9 flatpak to 14.0

I installed FFS under Ubuntu via Flatpak Version 13.9 - now I wonder how to update to 14.0.
If Iextract the downloaded tar.gz and unpack it and start the run-file it asks me what directory to install to - but I simply don't know, because there is no specific FFS-directory although there are a lot of them under file:///var/lib/flatpak/app/org.freefilesync.FreeFileSync and I don't know which one is the right. I don't want to end up with a mess of version installations and not knowing what to do in case I want to uninstall or re-install it for any possible reason.

Get rid of Flatpack and use the official version
