Error message due to umlauts (eg. ä ö ü) on FTP drive

Hi All!

I'd like to sync my documents with my Synology via FTP.
While connecting the Synology via FTP I got the following error message:

"The FTP folder "ftp:User@192.168.178.10/Dokuments" cannot be read . . . .
see attached screenshot.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
