SMTP Timeouts

Has anyone had an issue when sending a notification via email getting an timeout error? I see this when trying to check for updates as well.

I do not receive any error when checking for updates. I don't use emailing, so I can't comment on that. It seems like your device is failing to send the request anyway, which means the FFS servers aren't even getting your "messages".
Can you ping "api.freefilesync.org" successfully?

Thank you for the reply and yes I can ping api.freefilesync.org with out issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Mostly it doesn't.
