I am receiving this error message, how do I correct it?
The following items have unresolved conflicts and will not be synchronized:
Folder pair: P:\House\Logos <-> C:\Volumes\wj\HQFiles\Logos
.DS_Store: Both sides have changed since last synchronization.
Error with sync with updated file?

The message is clear:
Both sides have changed since last synchronization.
Then FreeFileSync can obviously not tell in which direction to sync, so you have to decide manually.
The cause of files getting changed/modified since your last sync can be the result of actions by the user, other users or some software tool, and does not need to be the same for your left and right location.
Amongst software tools modifying files may e.g. be anti-virus software, file- or image-indexing tools etc. adding meta-data to your files.

Actually a Mac OS hidden file. The '.' at the beginning signifies a hidden file in Unix OSs

No, you have to enable viewing hidden/system files in Windows
