I would click that yellow rectangle with the exclamation mark.

Buy default FFS hides the left vs right side equal files from the Compare results, because that result category does normally not yield proposed sync actions.
I am not familiar with the Dark Mode look, but it seems there is one left-vs-right-equal item (shown in the "="-icon mid below the Compare results), and that the "equal" category results are presently hidden/invisible.
Likely, that presently hidden/invisible item is your Excel macro PERSONAL.xlsb file.
You can toggle the visibility of each of the Compare results categories by clicking the corresponding icon mid-below the Compare results.
