BUG or Feature - Sorting Profiles?

I recognized that the sync-profiles on top left are first sorted by their background color and within the same background color they are sorted by name.

The following sync profiles have a grey background color:
• 01 - Anwendungen
• 02 - Save-Games

The following sync profiles have a green background color:
• 01 - Anwendungen - FreeFileSync
• 01 - Anwendungen - Playnite
• 01 - Anwendungen - UChecl

The following sync profiles have a red background color:
• 02 - Save-Games
• 02 - Save-Games - Mist Survival
• 02 - Save-Games - Monomyth
• 02 - Save-Games - Valheim

Therefore, they are sorted in the following order:
• 01 - Anwendungen
• 02 - Save-Games
• 01 - Anwendungen - FreeFileSync
• 01 - Anwendungen - Playnite
• 01 - Anwendungen - UChecl
• 02 - Save-Games - Mist Survival
• 02 - Save-Games - Monomyth
• 02 - Save-Games - Valheim
• 03 - User-Profile

I was very surprised, that 02 - Save-Games moved to the second location, after I set the background color to grey.
Because the alphabetical order is no longer maintained.

Is this intended, or is this a bug?
