FFS sleeping after scheduled task

How do I stop my PC going to sleep after FFS has run via a batch process.
It often doesn't run for long as I'm just syncing. But it's really annoying.
Have tried editing the xml to remove sleep, but I get an error telling me I need a value. What other values are there for PostSyncAction

Or is there anything I can do stop it?
