File copy with deletion

Hi,
can anyone tell me where I can find info on how to copy a folder from one hard drive to another (I can do that) but when I add or delete in the original folder on drive one it will add to drive two but not delete on drive but create another copy of the folder.

From what you describe, it seems the Update sync variant (as opposed to the Two-way or Mirror sync variant) is what you are looking for.
