Backing up One Drive on a partition on the External Drive

Hi,

I wanted to know if it is possible to backup folders under my OneDrive onto my external drive by setting up a RealTimeSync command?

I am currently backing partition "D" onto my external drive and I would like to add a new command to backup my Onedrive folders as well.

Please kindly advise.
