Hi, I have the business installer for 13.7 and when I try to use the "auto-update" feature to upgrade to 14.2 I get an error that may be related to my company's security protocols. I can't find a way to download an EXE version of the installer, since the website only seems to have a new-purchase option (i.e., I don't see a way for existing business users to log in and download the latest version. Can you point me to a way to get that file?

I recommend adding the download option to the Help dropdown itself or maybe change the text in that dialog. It isn't clear that clicking the "Thank you, X, for your support" will get you to the EXE download.
