Regarding working with folder pairs, for example, I have 5 pairs registered and I would like to synchronize only one pair. Is it possible?

Please tell me how to operate it

Thank you.
But honestly, this method is troublesome.
I would like you to attach the ON and OFF check buttons for each pair. Please consider it.

I'm very new to FFS, but the method I'm using (for better or worse) are the local filters, which you can set for each pair.

If I want to "disable" syncing a pair, I click on the local filter (found in the center between the two gear symbols) and add a wildcard to the exclude section, thus excluding every file. To reenable syncing for that pair, I right-click on the local filter and select "Cut", which removes that filter and the file exclusion.

As far as I can tell, this works pretty well and is reasonably quick to toggle.

A creative solution!

As you can see, there is often more than one way to skin a cat ...
