Version 14.2 and 13.9 crash when browsing in freefilesync (browsing in folders). Not sure, but in 12.5 it did not crash.
Maybe it will help, but im comparing with corrupt filesystem. Attached several dmp files.

The process crashes with STATUS_IN_PAGE_ERROR while trying to load the icon of H:\Windows\System32\tpm.msc via mmcshext.dll!LoadIconFromXMLData().

Bad sector scan seems ok.

SSDs don't fail in the same way that spinning platters do. Even if a sector scan shows fine, there may be other issues. What does the SMART data show?
