Same error with sync

Dear,

Did use FFC for a long time very noce to have and use this open software.
Only last time i try to sync my photo's between hdd from pc to a extren usb or extern ssd disc I get still errors. Screendump in the attachments.
Some crazy error, what i try still get this error
Format extrens, try to exclude the .tmp file etc
Still errors.

Is there something i dow wrong?
Or is there a way to solve this error.
