Azure VM D2_v2 (IOPS 6400) Copying Azure App Service FTP to Azure App Service FTP very slow

Long time user of FreeFileSync, using same config for several years to migrate to DEV/STAGING

Using 4 threads, FTP. The "compare" is really fast. The "Sycnronize" task is the issue.

Experiencing extremely slow file copies. Sometimes we have 1200+ files and it was taking 18 minutes.

Same region!
34MB and 631 files took nearly 7 minutes (same region Melb to Melb in Australia)

Different regions.
34MB and 631 files took nearly 6 minutes (two different regions but not too far away Melb to Syd both in Australia)

This is persistent for the last 3-4 weeks and only seemed to have just started since installing the last two versions - currently on 14.2 (donation edition).

I did a web speed test and getting scores close to 700MB/s.

Help, I love this product but need this solved please.
