Deactivate (all) filter(s) for one sync?

How can I easily deactivate all the filters I have set in the filter settings for one sync without deleting them?

Sorry for my bad expression, I meant without deleting, yes, I know you can delete them, so is there a way to disable the filters / filter settings without to have to delete them, so you could make a sync this time and may be the next time without the filters (otherwise you would have to fill in the extensions etc. again)?
