Your posting is pretty unclear:
> ... an error appears with the windows mask on FreeFileSync ...
• a Windows error, a FreeFileSync error?
• what is a "windows mask" or "windows mask on FreeFileSync"?
• which file is not found?
• which extension does Windows or FreeFileSync expect, and for which file?

At the least, c:\bachrun, is not correct.
If nothing else, you'd need some sort of > in there, c:\>batchrun.bat ?

I'll try to explain better. under c:\ I put the file syncro.ffs_batch and I inserted it into the system scheduler every Monday. this thing works perfectly and I put it every Monday.
every now and then with FreeFilesystem closed while I surf the internet or do something else a small white window appears with Error FreeFilesystem written and inside the window it writes file not found or invalid extension c:\batchrun.... I don't understand what's happening. maybe there's a task underneath or something that's looking for I don't know what...

So, you have your Task Scheduler launch FreeFileSync (FFS) every Monday to run your syncro.ffs_batch sync configuration. And that seems to work fine.
You can check the FFS log to see if there were any abnormalities when running that task.

If you find no hints there, it seems like it must be some other task.
Perhaps a task in the Task Scheduler that you forgot to delete or deactivate.
Or perhaps some job in you Autostart folder that you forgot to delete.

Do you actually have a file c:\BatchRun. (with or without the dot)?
If so, open it in a text editor (e.g. Notepad or Notepad++) and see if you recognize anything.
That may also give a clue.
