Setting up a recycle bin possible?

I am trying the app on another computer but when I start the sync I am getting a warning:

"The recycle bin is not available for "\\TRUENAS\backup2\Judy\drawings\Artrage".

Ignore and delete permanently each time recycle bin is unavailable?"

Is there a way to create a recycle bin on the destination device for the app to use?
