Cannot seem to run FreeFileSync on Win 11 LTSC

I cannot seem to run FreeFileSync on Win 11 LTSC. I've been using it on multiple Windows over the years but here it seems not wanting to work, no matter what I do. It seems to work at first, when I am setting everything up it copies the newly created text file to the mirror location one time but then it stops working.

Like always, I am copying the RealTimeSync file into the startup folder, it is running after the restart but it does not mirror changes from one folder to another.

All I want to do is to mirror one folder from drive C: to another one on a flash drive.

I can be doing something wrong, , I would not be surprised, but I've done is many times before on multiple computers with many Windows versions and it always worked at the end. LTSC is probably more restrictive Windows by default, I am thinking, because I have a couple of other programs that are working fine on other Windows but not on LTSC. Anyone else has this problem?

Oops, I figured out the problem. FreeFileSync is OK, it was my fault
