Folder always get locked on Mac side when sync with Windows host

HI Im not sure if this issue got any solution or not.

I saw a old post here

but no solution.

I need to sync windows and mac
but it painful the sync will fail due to the windows folder have a desktop.ini in it.
if the folder have the desktop.ini on mac side the folder will be created as a locked folder.

then you will never able to sync that folder.

I try to exclude the desktop.ini in freefilesync but it just don't sync the desktop.ini but still create the folder as a locked folder on mac side.

is there a way to stop file sync to create a folder with attribute? so stop mac side to created locked folder?

the only workaround i have is manualy uncheck the locked flag on mac side.
but if there is too many folder. you will give up
