Does FFS use the Window's copy / delete function?

Does FFS use the Window's copy / delete function? So, when FFS deletes files during the synchronization it might be you see the Windows deleting window occurr?

FFS does not operate at Windows Shell layer, so this deletion window was not triggered by FFS.

So FFS does not cause such a window to pop up.
