Hi,
FFS is not syncing new files. Compare shows the new file, but sync does not copy it. There is a status message after the compare "No files to synchronize". I had previously run this task successfully.
There are no special filters:
\System Volume Information\
\$Recycle.Bin\
\RECYCLE?\
\Recovery\
*\thumbs.db
*.driveupload
*\.tmp.drivedownload\
\Default.rdp
\desktop.ini
new files not syncing

You don't show your Synchronization Settings (F8), but given that you have four items that exist right-side only, and FFS proposed to take no sync actions for, it seems you are using the Update sync variant.
Regarding your file that exists left-side only (newfile33.txt), and for which FFS also proposed not to take any sync actions, it seems that is only possible if
• In your Synchronization Settings you checkmarked/choose to Use Database File To Detect Changes
and
• newfile33.txt file did previously exist also on the right side at the end of any previous sync, and you later deleted that right-side newfile33.txt file.
In such case, FFS detects you have deleted the right-side file, and will not copy it over again.
If you use the Update sync variant but disable the Use Database File To Detect Changes, FFS will not know the right-side file existed and was deleted, and will simply propose to (re)copy the file left-to-right.
