Hi I
've been using Freefilesync for some years now with huge satisfaction.
Unfortunately I had to switch to Win11 from 10 a few days ago, and a problem surfaced that I had never met before. When I make a comparison before updating some directory, the list of compared files has some of the items shown in the same color of the background, so as to become invisible.
This happens in both light and dark mode, as shown in the pictures attached:
The destination file list on the right side has all file names in black when the dark mode in on and in grey in light mode.
I probably miss some trick to correct this. could anybody help! Thank you!!
Font color in win11 makes list partially invisible!

Your screenshots only shows some of the 8285 or 8272 items that exist left-side only (items having an action-icon of a green right-pointing arrow with a plus-sign; copy new item to the right).
These items presently have no corresponding right-side item. Hence that side is blank.
Find the 13 or 1 items that have just the green right-pointing arrow icon (without plus-sign; update right item), and you should see the files that exist on both sides.
The same would hold if you make the 49315 or 49327 equal items (with the "="-icon; no action) visible.
You can toggle the visibility of each compare result category by clicking the corresponding icon mid below the Compare results. So, you can e.g. hide the 8285 or 8272 items "cluttering" your Compare results by clicking their icon mid below the Compare result.

Plerry is correct. When an item does not yet exist on a side, it is additionally indicated by displaying a blank line item
