Backing up my movies Help

I am backing up my movies and after it gave me a error I told it to ignore then when finished I compared the them again and about 6 movie folder show up to be synced I click and get this error:

"ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND: The system cannot find the file specified. [CreateDirectory]"

The weird thing is If I go to the folder and look into it I do not see the files FreeFileSync is saying it needs to sync
