URL share - Public Group

I have got an URL which gives me access to files on a Sharepoint server. It's like an IT class room share which is Public Group share. I don't need login..as I assume it's 'registered' somehow in the URL.
So I want to Update my local PC folder w ALL the files in the shared URL.

I cannot seem to figure out how to setup this in FFS. Any smart guys out here who can guide me?

Should I understand no answer as it's not possible??
