At first, i want to see if there are differences in files in complex folders. later i will compare thoroughly.
To decide if i have to spend time comparing complex folders, or, if in total the files are the same, just arranged differently.
If that's the case i might simply mirror.

As its name suggests, FreeFileSync (FFS) is a synchronization tool.
As such, it only Compares identically named files in the identical file location relative to the left and right base location. You can select to Compare based on file timestamp or based on file content.
FFS is not a file name and/or file content duplicate-finder; for that you need other tools.
