Is there a way to actually limit the folders scanned (not shown) by FFS?

Situation: I use FFS to occasionally copy my photos off my phone from a folder that contains a bunch of dated subfolders. (202504_ for example). The folders go back many years. I usually only want to sync the most recent folders, and I can use filters to only DISPLAY results in folders starting with 2025, but the "compare" still scans every folder, which is very slow.

I'm wondering if there is a way to limit the actual "compare" scan to only certain subfolders in a given folder without having to do a compare on each individual subfolder.

If you set your inclusion filter to catch only the '2025' folders, FFS won't scan others that fall outside the inclusion filter.

Thank you. It seems the problem was that I didn't remove the "*" that was along with the "2025*\*" in my inclusion filter.

Cheers
