RTS question

I just finally got proper backups of both my hard drives set up, and I'd like to have RTS active on one of them. I was able to set it up properly, but now I'm wondering if there's something I can put in the command line section so that it doesn't pop up the synchronizing window (that I have to manually select auto-close on every single time) with every change made, because that's going to get old really quickly.
