Hello,
I'm a long-time FFS user and donor. After updating to version 14.3, I encountered a serious issue when syncing from my Android smartphone (MTP) to a Cryptomator virtual drive (WinSFP or network is the same).
I created a new profile from scratch, and I'm using "Size" only as the comparison method. The issue is that FreeFileSync does not recognize that files on the destination already exist — it tries to copy them again, even though they are clearly already there, with the exact same file size and name.
This setup worked perfectly for over a year before the 14.3 update. I've already:
- Deleted all sync database files (`*.ffs_db`)
- Restarted FFS and the computer
- Rebuilt the profile from scratch
Still, the issue persists. It looks like FFS is not detecting duplicates properly on MTP sources, even when comparing only by size. Could this be related to a change in the latest release?
Thanks in advance for any help or clarification!

Update: reverting to 10.2 seem fix the problem.
