Installation Files are Corrupted

I have been running Freefile sync on a Win10 pc for a number of years. I think it was the free version and it was a number of releases behind the latest release. I am in the process of setting up a new Win11 desktop, I downloaded the latest free version of FFS and installed it. I was trying to migrate the config files from the old version to the new version when this error message appeared on the old Win10 PC,

I can no longer run the FFS on the Win10 PC. Does anybody have a clue what I can do to "re-enable" FFS on the Win10 PC..
