When using FFS to sync files from a network share, I always get an error that FFS was unable to write a sync lock to the source. As far as I can tell, this does not hurt anything as the copy runs to completion.
At a guess, the reason FFS is unable to write a sync lock is that it is not supplying a correct username/password for the network share. But that's only a guess, and if there is a known solution I'd like to know about it.
I do not see a configuration option for FFS to specify username/password. Maybe I'm missing it.

Never mind, I figured it out. It was a permissions problem, but my fault for incorrectly configuring the permissions.
