Two way syncing one folder for multiple computers

Hello, I've read many posts but didn't found one very similar to my problem in question.

I'm using two computers they will sync (Two way) one folder /home/myuser/documents/mydocs to my gDrive account configured in FFS.

Which means

ComputerA will sync (two way) '../mydocs' to gdrive:/myaccount@gmail.com/mydocs
ComputerB will sync (two way) '../mydocs' to gdrive:/myaccount@gmail.com/mydocs

They will never sync at the same time as they are not powered on simultaneously.

This will work? I need to remove .sync.ffs_db from source or remote for any reason?

Edit: Forgot to mention is two way syncing.
