syncing two large databases with a smaller size transfer disk

Hi All!
Just to be clear: I tried to sort things out with chatGPT and failed before bothering you guys :)

l have two PCs (at work and at home-both win10) with completely identical content. i am the sole user of the two PCs and work on these computers at different hours of the day. Each work session creates small differences on the database that need to be synced with the other PC.
Unfortunately, networking of these two PC is not an option.

Creating an identical copy of the disc on a portable hard disk and using it for transferring is not an option due to large size of the database...

I'll try to explain with an example.

Let's say, during a working session on PC1, 15 files/folders have been modified, 5 files/folders renamed, 10 new files/folders are created, and 50 files/folders deleted out of a 500K file database. The task is to reflect these changes on PC2 with the help of a small transfer disk. All these tasks needs to be automated.

In other words, when the transfer disk is attached to PC2 and syncing operation is performed, the following will need to take place:

1. Replace the files on PC2 with the changed files from PC1.

2. Create the new files/folders on PC2 to match the directory structure of PC1

3. Automated deletion/renaming of the files from PC2 according to script/list from PC1

The idea is to automatically sync the two large databases (PC1 and 2) with a smaller size transfer disk.

Can FreeFileSync handle this operation?
