Copy and delete files: Synching Lightroom

I have my lightroom photo files on a disk that I add to daily. I use FFS to back those up to another disk. BUT......I also cull photos over time so, ideally, when synching Id like FFS to also Delete files on the backup disk that Ive deleted on my primary drive. It doesnt seem to do this and only adds the new files......Is there a way to do what Im asking? In other words I want the Back up desk to be an exact mirror not just have all the new files. Thanks!

It seems you are using the Update sync variant.
Try using the Mirror sync variant instead.
