FFS 14.3 not getting to install ERROR Message:

Hi folks, I'm trying to install FFS 14.3 not getting to install it due the following ERROR Message when trying to install:

It isn't possible to read the file attributes "C:\".
ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Denied access.
[DeciveIoControl(IOCTL_VOLUME_GET_VOLUME_DISK_EXTENTS)]

Anybody else is facing such error when installing on SSD NV3? Also tried to install as administrator, but didn't get it.

Are you trying to install into the root of C:\ itself?
If so, try to install into some subdirectory of C:\, like C:\FREEFILESYNC\.
