I have multiple copies of the same file in different locations. I would like to sync them all to a single location keeping only the most recent files. How do I do this?

If "most recent" means: having the most recent timestamp,
then you can sequentially run a FreeFileSync Update sync variant
(not a Mirror sync variant)
from each of your source locations to your destination location.
Make sure to first run a Compare and check if the proposed sync actions meet your objective.
Only if OK, run the actual sync(s).

A two-way would also work, then each location also obtains the most recent file
