Hello,
When I try to sync files from my external drive I get read/write errors. This has happened with several backup programs in Linux. I'm using Zorin OS and can't seem to figure out if this is a permissions issue or not. I have other programs on Zorin OS that use this drive just fine. I'm a new Linux user and have no idea where to even start troubleshooting?
Any help would be appreciated.

As in a physical issue with the disk?
Or that FFS cannot write a file to the disk (like due to a permissions issue)?

I'm not sure but I removed and re-installed the program and then restarted my computer and tried again and it worked syncing from one NTFS formatted external drive to another NTFS formatted external drive.
I think this will be a good and simple backup solution for me.
Thank You.
