FFS keeps auto-closing even with setting unchecked

As per the title, I have auto-close unchecked, and I also have "Leave progress dialogue open after synchronization (don't auto-close)" checked. And yet, after every sync, FFS auto-closes. This is getting a bit annoying, what's going on? I'm on Linux.

How are you initiating the sync?
Does the FFS Gui close entirely or just the progress box?

By pressing the "Start synchronization" button on the top right, and the entire FFS GUI closes as the program quits.

That sounds more like FFS crashing than a settings issue.
Does your sync config have any "on completion" command set?

Hmm, is there any way to check that it's crashing? Like a dump or something? I don't have any command set
