Hiding windows while it backs up

Is it possible to hide the windows while backing up is in progress so it runs quitely in the background while I work.

If you run the FreeFileSync (FFS) job from the FFS GUI, you can minimize the GUI.
If you run the FFS job as a *.ffs_batch job, launched e.g. by the Task Scheduler or by RealTimeSync, you can chekmark "Run Minimized" and optionally "Auto-close" when saving that *.ffs_batch sync configuration, as described here.
