Sync Error

For some time now, during synchronization (one way, from PC disk to external disk), for a few files I receive this error:
"Both sides have changed since last synchronization".
Unfortunately, this is not true: even if I copy the reported files manually and then repeat the synchronization, I get the same error.
I don't understand why and how I can solve the issue.

Run a compare, then hover your cursor over the lightning bolt icon between sides. It should show you the info that is different

Thank you so much for your reply.
When I ran Compare, there was only one file that was misaligned.
I deleted it from the target and re-ran the sync: at the end of the process, it aligned it with the source and the previous error no longer appears.
I had previously copied the entire source directory to the target (including this file), yet this error still appeared.
