FreeFileSync doesn't backup iCloud folders added from apps

Hello,
I use FreeFileSync to backup my iCloud Drive regularly to an external hard drive. My problem is, that this software backups only those folders from iCloud, which are added/created by myself.
I have several folders created automatically by apps (for example from Pages, Numbers,...). Those folders aren't "seen" by FreeFileSync.
I have the feeling those folders are maybe invisible for FreeFileSync. I can see those folders (Pages, Numbers,...) inside Finder.
Is there maybe any workaround how I can backup all iCloud Drive folders?
Thank you

Are you on Mac OS or Windows using the Apple for Windows software I can't remember the name of it.

Hello @John1234
I'm using macOS.
I searched around and it seems that Apple distinguish between self-created-folder and app-folder. I read that app-folders are special secured. That's a pity! Would be great if there would be a workaround.

I figured that's what you were going to run into. I have the same problem with Google Drive and Google Docs. Those files I don't think are accessible through the regular Drive.

Yes, I can see and use the files on my Mac in Finder, but other software seems excluded.
