File Locked by another process (problem started maybe last week?)

Hello,
Did anyone else started having this problem? FFS was fine until last week then something happened, maybe a MS update, but now it doesn't copy files "locked by another process", for example: quickbooks, outlook PST etc.

Do I need to change anything in my configuration, again, it was perfectly fine until last week.

The "Copy locked files" box was unchecked. Issue solved, sorry for the trouble.
