update mode: no files to synchronise

What am I missing?

I want to update the right side with new folders/files from the left. When I do the initial sync everything from the left is copied to the right. When I add two new folders and four new files on the left, the compare shows the new folders/files on the left. But it states no files to synchronise. When I try the update is says nothing to do.

Run a compare and post a screenshot of the FFS window after it finishes

I just setup another test sync, then added 3 folder with 3 files and this time it worked. I'm baffled as to what's happening. If it happens again I will post the snapshot.
