Appcrash on start sync

I have tried 6.4 and today downgraded to 6.3 but both have a problem once I click the button to start sync, the app window greys out and it generates an appcrash.

Are you on Windows 7 without SP1?

2008R2, but yes that equates to the Windows 7 core without SP1, and the CPU is toting the AVX2 flag. I'll run SP1 next week and hope that resolves it :)
