[CopyFileEx] error can't access file

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to mirror my Windows 11 system drive's home directory to an external USB SSD,
but file access errors are preventing me from doing so (see attached image).

What should I do ?

EDIT for those (stupid) like me :
You do not have to save/sync/mirror the AppData\Local nor the AppData\LocalLow directories which are both local system stuff,
only the AppData\Roaming need to be copied to transfer applications data.
Hope this will help someone.
