GoogleDrive Backup - (Backup) tooling errors

Hi there,

I have purchased FFS to help facilitate with an off-boarding of G-Suite, the old Drive plugin would automatically convert the google proprietary extensions to MS extensions on sync however this option is no longer.

I have configured a job as a Mirror/Backup however FFS is stating "Only files with binary content can be downloaded. Use Export with Docs Editors files." Given this is a one way sync (backup) wouldn't FFS treat this as an export and be able to engage with the Google Drive application to do such, as i'm having issues with doing and archive export of the Google Drive contents (12TB).

Is there any configuration i can do in Google from an admin to have this as the behaviour or a setting i have missed in FFS ?

Not possible with FFS currently. Likely an API limitation on Google's side.
