Sync Error - RecycleBin

I am getting an error for several files to be deleted when I sync to an external hard drive. See the attached file. Another thing I noticed when doing the sync is I don't see the pop up window that I used to see saying something about there not being a recycle bin.

what format is that external drive?

NTFS. I think I found my problem. I tried running as Administrator and now it works as it should. Apparently something is set differently on this particular external hard drive than my other 2.

Sounds like permissions issues. You may be able to delete the Recycle Bin folder on that drive, which will cause it to be recreated by Windows.
