Massive "wrong" errors

I use FFS now for a felt decade to sychronize my audio-books on hdd with my nas and I now experience massive "wrong" errors and it's not sychronizing by actualize, but only mirroring. Both drives are checked with chkdsk and have no problems with the structure. FFS sometimes hallucinates not existing sub-directorys (for e.g., asks for a sub of a ken follet book in a stephen king folder which is definetliy not there and neither was). In return, it lists files which it says does not exist on the NAS but are there, can be played and copied. I have no idea what the problem could be. I already set up as well the setup of FFS as FFS itself but the problem stays the same.

This sounds very much like file system corruption on the NAS. What is the NAS?

What do you mean by "actualize"?
Is that a dubious translation for the Update sync variant?
