XML and other files don't upload properly on Autodesk Desktop Connector

When syncing XML files from my local drive to my Autodesk Desktop Connector drive, they will not upload properly. I need to run the troubleshooting tool on the Desktop Connector to force them to sync/upload. I have tested doing a regular copy/paste and they will upload just fine. It's only when I use FFS that they error.

Is there any sort of error message given (or log) as to why they failed?

I just downloaded the latest Desktop Connector version (October 1st) and it appears to have fixed the issue.
